Projektbeschreibung
Randstad Professionals is actively looking for an Application supporter to join their international Medical Device client in Zuchwil, Switzerland.
Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
- Application Development
- Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution);
- Issuing Scripting guidelines;
- Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications;
- Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity;
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability;
- Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes;
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects;
- Perform basic analysis, design, implementation
Non-Technical profile requirements:
- Flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work);
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills;
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines;
Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred;
Language
- English spoken and written;
