Role: Application Support Analyst
Start date: 01.04.2016
End date: 30.06.2016
Location: Solothurn
For a 6 month project with our client in Solothurn, we are looking ASAP for an Application Supporter.
Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
- Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
- Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution)
- Issuing Scripting guidelines
- Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
- Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
- Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects
- Perform basic analysis, design, implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred;
- Language proficiencies: - English spoken and written, German spoken;
