Application Supporter

For our client in Solothurn we are looking for a project for an

APPLICATION SUPPORTER

Project/Department Description and responsibilities:

- Global Services
- Application Development & Support

Primary Tasks and responsibilities:

- Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting
- Installation and deployment support
- Maintaining customer service and availability
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects
- Support of the PLM/CAx Support (First-Level)

Profile:

- knowledgeof Agile e6, PLM, ProEngineer
- Experience in IT Application Support
- Fundamental knowledge in Engineering Applications (CAD, CAE, CAM, PLM)
- Fluent German and English (Spoken and Written)

Non-Technical profile requirements:

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Methodology/Certification requirements
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- German & English spoken and written
