Job Summary
This 6+ month contract opportunity is for an Application Support Specialist role for a major health care provider.
The individual in this role will:
Provide tier one user support and consultation to clients, including organizational leadership and guides work towards actionable outcomes. Proactively recognizes potential issues, develops plans to address and understands how to communicate these steps to department leadership and clients. Works with clients and staff to identify opportunities and methods to improve efficiencies with analysis. Regularly measures the impact of business decisions on clients and customers. Evaluates effectiveness of actions/programs implemented & makes recommendations. Directs and executes creative analytic approaches that lead to actionable outcomes which further promote organizational goals. Participates in the development of outcomes and process measures, including technical specifications, to enable measurement and evaluation.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's & 2-3 years of work experience or commensurate work experience.
Skills to be successful in this role:
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Experience with Remedy and Visio is preferred.
