JOB DESCRIPTION:

End user support and Administration of my client's enterprise application, an organization of SharePoint sites and objects, integrated with .NET forms and Microsoft Reporting Services .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Field and own end user support requests submitted via the mailbox and via direct phone calls

Maintain user guidelines and training documentation.

Facilitate training for new and existing end-users.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience supporting the client-side of SharePoint 2007 or 2010, and other Windows client based products (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe Reader, etc.) that function with it.

Experience providing telephone and other remote end-user customer support.

Experience writing application usage guidelines targeted for the end-user.

Experience supporting (Scripting, coding etc.), not administering, SQL and/or Oracle databases.

Experience creating and supporting reporting solutions based on Microsoft Report Services (MRS).

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and must be able to manage customer expectations and meet project deadlines.

Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills, and must be able to manage time and priorities so as to effectively respond to the support needs of multiple users.

Capable of identifying and implementing process improvements.

Possesses a positive can-do attitude, and must be willing to take full responsibility for duties and work effectively under the pressure of deadlines and shifting priorities.
