Application Support/Service Delivery/Desk Support/OMS/Order Management Systems/System, French Speaking
SKILLS:
- A good knowledge of (buy-side or sell-side) - Banking
- SQL, Unix, Linux
- OMS experience useful NOT essential
DUTIES (MAIN FUNCTIONS OF ROLE):
Work on part or all of the following activities:
- ensure the services under his/her responsibility to respond well to the expectations of users
- taking into account the needs of all industries,
- checking concretely operational treatments are well covered,
Contribute to more reliable Production:
- In producing the KPI's Service Desk activity and ensuring a monthly collection
- Ensuring traceability of management of incidents, the production of the associated action plan and their resolution,
- Ensuring regular monitoring of the activity of production by ensuring the monitoring and resolution of problems (participation in the follow up with the production committees),
- Ensuring the usability of the application and monitoring of the service contract with the production
Contribute to the project process and changes:
- contributing to instances of projects (maintenance committees, project milestones,...) and contributing project methodology (CMMi) practices.
- contributing to respect standards and standard group,
- ensuring taking into account elements such as operational risk and management,
- contributing to the close of the audit recommendations in the terms defined,
- being force proposal on potential reductions.
- team spirit
- contributing to recruitment,
- granitant sustainabilityof knowledge by organizing internal training,
- ensuring stability andthe high level of competence of the development team and if necessary training,
- contribute to promote and develop the values of the Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the head of the Dealing Services support, you will be responsible to:
Ensure the coordination of:
- Urgent incidents oensuring an effective organization to quickly restore service.
- Problems in monitoring actions to eliminate and minimize the riskof recurrence.
- Changes in the production environment to control the impacts and risks.
- Ensure a fluid and appropriate communication to clients andmanagement negotiators.
- Ensure monthly reporting activities, with performance indicators.
- Coordinate and follow-up action plans with the production teams,Dealing Services MOA and MOE.
- Build a continuous improvement plan of activity support(satisfaction surveys).
Flexible start date (ie immediate to 3 months notice)
