Application Support Manager (Team Lead: VP)

Tier 1 Investment Bank has an excellent opportunity for a strong Application Support Manager to join a Global Fixed Income technology team. You will be responsible for leading a small onshore and small offshore technical team in supporting a Global Fixed Income application. This position is very hands on, however management experience is also necessary.

Candidates are expected to have strong IT backgrounds, specifically in support roles, management experience in an investment bank, and Fixed Income, PnL and Risk knowledge. Useful technical skills include scripting, Perl, Shell, Java, Linux or UNIX, ITIL, SQL, XML, Web technologies etc. You need to have strong Project/time management skills and the ability to interact with all business areas directly, including the users.
