Applications Support Lead - Cambridgeshire

My client have an immediate requirement for a Applications Support Lead to support my clients ERP software solutions at client locations in the UK.

To succeed in this role you will have a can do approach and be a clear communicator at all levels from Board Directors down to junior administrative staff.

Essential skills:
- Applications Support - (Open to packages used)
- Understand clients' business operations and how they can best use information systems.
- Interpret clients' needs and to implement the software solutions to meet their requirements
- Work to specific project plans and deadlines
- To complete comprehensive documentation to a high standard
