Based on one of their client sites as part of transition moving away from an end of service five year project you will be working in a help desk support environment alongside 10- 12 other support personnel.
Working over the phone as 2nd - 3rd line support you will be dealing with inbound query resolutions on SQL Server and Web based applications.
Required experience;
- Extensive application support experience based on SQL Server and Web based applications.
- Technical helpdesk experience (2nd - 3rd line)
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft certification/accreditation would be desirable.
