You will be part of the team is responsible for the use and functionality management of the HR Systems that are used globally to support global HR processes such as Recruitment, Performance-, Reward- and Talent Management.
We are looking for a tenacious person that can help our client with the operational functional management of the Global HR Systems.
Duties:
-Functional/2nd line HR application support
-Manage user issues within agreed service levels
-Manage escalated issues with external suppliers according to Service Level Agreements.
-Perform system administration tasks
-Deliver timely and accurate scheduled and ad hoc reports with MS Excel/Access
-Identify training needs and train users
-Update support documentation when appropriate
-Assist/manage a project to transfer support activities
Experience :
- Proven experience in supporting HR business applications
- General HR IS experience
- Experience in dealing with large sets of sensitive data
- 3 years relevant working experience (eg business application helpdesk)
Education/training:
- Bachelor degree (HBO)
- Experience with one of the following methods ITIL/ASL/BISL
Skills required:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of Access
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
-Peoplesoft HCM/HRMS experience
-Comfortable handling large sets of data
- Proactive
- Excellent communication skills
