ROLE: APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST
DURATION: 2-4 MONTHS
LOCATION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of SQL and at least one reporting tool, preferably Microstrategy or BI
- Provide support for mission critical business applications
- Show entrenpreneurship: be communicative, take initiative
- Basic knowledge of sales processes is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL and its different processes, and experience in an ITIL driven organisation.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Experienced in SQL and PLSQL.
- General IT knowledge: Oracle Databases, web based applications, Java, webservers,
- Support, maintenance, and configuration of business applications
- ENGLISH AND (DUTCH OR FRENCH)
