APPLICATION SUPPORT/CONTRACT 12 MONTHS (+EXTENSION)/BELGIUM/START JUNE 1ST
My client, a global organisation is looking for a professional application support consultant who has an understanding of development techniques.
THE ROLE
Application support and maintenance, team member
Analyse incidents, identify root cause, perform bug fixes
Problem management - solve recurring incidents
Involved in Disaster recovery testing
Configuration of application at various customer sites, application is built in Java.
Involved in user acceptance tests
Onsite coordinator to -
o Coordinate with business users (requires in Dutch), IT application managers, support team in - India, Sweden and China,
o Communicate with support groups of neighbouring applications for resolution of incidents, bug fixes, network issues, correction in configurations
Stakeholder management
Client relationship management
Long term commitment to support application
