Application Support Consultant - DWF Publisher

The employee will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of application and maintaining SLAs defined. Supporting platform activities like capacity planning etc. Deploying the application build in the live environments. He should have knowledge of software applications such as databases and tools, particularly with regard to an organization's use of these systems. He will be a member of the ASG Team responsible to provide best application support for customers and coordinating between the customers and offshore team to resolve the issues at customer front.  He will be involved in maintaining access to the systems for both users and development and testing personnel. He/She will identify & resolve issues related with the Servers that have direct impact to business. He will carry out updates and iterations to the application as required by the client.

Telecom experience is a plus. Dutch fluency is a plus.
