APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST - ZUCHWIL

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest medical devices company based in Zuchwil we are looking for AN APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST with experience IN MASTER DATA SYSTEM ESPECIALLY FILEMAKER . This is a contracting position, starting in JUNE until THE END OF THE YEARwith extension possibilities.

In this position as an APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST you will be responsible of:

- DAILY 3RD LINE APPLICATION INCIDENT AND TROUBLESHOOTING
- Supporting the OPERATING SYSTEM MDS EG FILEMAKER
- Issuing Scripting guidelines
- Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
- Partner with business community, vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects
- Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCES ARE:

- Minimum 8+ years working experience with MASTER DATA SYSTEM ESPECIALLY FILEMAKER
- +8 years experience with 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
- Project management experience
- Ability to identify and implement process and application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skil
- Excellent English skills
