APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST - INVESTMENT BANKING - BRUSSELS - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - 550 PER DAY

A fantastic opportunity for a multi-lingual Application Support Analyst with strong Windows and Red hat Linux experience has opened at a leading Investment Bank in Brussels.

The Application Support Analyst will p erform the system administration of the business applications throughout the entire application life cycle.

The applications are predominantly running on Windows 2003 and 2008 but the Application Support Analyst will also need strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Apache/Tomcat based applications.

The Application Support Analyst will need to be fluent in both French and English. Dutch is highly desirable.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Very strong Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 experience
- Very strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an asset), excellent interpersonal and result-oriented skills
- Experience with Apache/Tomcat based applications
- Troubleshooting skills on business application level
- Experience with disaster recovery technologies and how to implement them
- Experience with Sun Solaris systems is a strong asset
