The Organisation:

FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Government and Finance.

THE ROLE:

FinXL currently are looking to engage a standout Application Support Analyst to work on one of their key client sites, providing expertise within a fast moving agile delivery environment across online services and sales Portals.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a start up environment that is now maturing into a very successful operation and has another 18 months - 2 years worth of volume work.
The position will suit someone who is delivery focused that likes to work in a collaborative team environment and drive the success of an organisation. To be successful, you will need to have demonstrable commercial experience in Application Support particularly with Hyperic.

Skills and Experience required:

-Proven experience with App support (minimum 2-3 years exp)
-Exposure to Application Monitoring Systems eg Nagios, HP Openview, BMC Proactive Net
-Solid Shell Scripting exp
-Excellent communication skills
