Application Support Analyst "Portfolio Managers’ Portal" (m/f)

-Front line support to users in the private banking, front office and other users of the portal
-Resolution of production incidents throughout the incident management process
-Contribute as subject matter expert to: prioritization, investigation and root cause analysis
-Participation to elaboration of DRP/documentation for applications and to execution of Disaster Recovery Tests
-Participation to selected phases of projects ( Design, implementation and system integration testing ) to provide feedback from a production perspective to these processes
-Solid IT background in support and/or development coupled with strong knowledge of investment front end processes and banking operations
-Strong experience in an application support role or similar for a private bank or asset management organisation on front office order management, portfolio management, portfolio analysis and reporting
-Strong knowledge of order management and portfolio management (technical and functional)
-Strong experience providing second level support for order management systems, portfolio managers reporting and/or portfolio management systems (PMS )
-Experience working in a support role for a core banking application would be an asset
