Application Support Analyst - Mid-Level

Projektbeschreibung

The Application Support Analyst role will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for all 3rd party applications and will involve investigation and resolution of incidents and problems as reported in the IT Service Management application. It will often require workarounds to be provided while issues are escalated externally either to an external vendor or to the relevant department.

This role will also be responsible for independently handling the planning, analysis and implementation of application upgrades/patches and assisting the team with any other BAU work such as application maintenance, integration or other project work.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong proven experience in a support role where direct contact with clients is required and supporting end-users is a priority
- Experience in supporting Windows/Unix based Client and Client Server two tier or three tier applications
- Experience in product deployment in a corporate environment including Upgrades/patching
- SDLC and documentation skills
- Basic business analysis skills
