Applications Support Analyst! Currently we are looking to add an Applications Support Analyst to our team of professionals. Selected individual will provide 100% Application Support. The primary job responsibilities for this position include providing production support (including problem resolution, troubleshooting, documentation, ongoing maintenance) for Brokerage application. The position requires minimum of 3 years Of application support. experience. The position may also require Troubleshooting, incident, trouble ticket, application support, interfacing with that line of business and help desk support, updates for internally developed applications as needed, and provide services as needed to other teams interfacing with supported systems.

- 3 years experience of developing and supporting Brokerage Applications
- Application Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Business Analysis skills and UAT testing
- This is a long-term, contract position.
