Familiarization with ANY of the following: Nagios, Websphere MQ, VendorNet, FraudNet, Compass CORS, Lightning Pick, Dovetree Carousel, Gensys, AvayaDialer, Avaya Contact Analyzer, NICE, Adobe Connect Pro
Previous responsibility for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support and maintenance of Production, Test and Development environments.
5+ years system administrator experience (Windows or UNIX)
5+ years enterprise monitoring experience
3+ years experience Scripting in Perl, Korn
Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, XML/SOAP, and MQSeries
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, load balancers
24x7 on-call support rotated
