Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst to work for a International Software House. Our customer is one of the market leaders in their field and due to growth they are now seeking 2 x Application Support Analyst's to join their team based in Cambridge.

The nature of the role will be to support external customers on bespoke software applications. The customers are fairly technical so you will not volume calls however you will learn the software and be able to solve technical tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity a company that believes in training and career progression. You will find that you will get exposure to other fields within the business such as Business Analysis, Testing etc.

The ideal candidate will have Application Support experience coupled with strong communications. A passion to succeed and develop your career is also needed.
