Application Support Analyst

Our client based in Cork is currently seeking an Application Support Analyst. This is a contract role. We are supporting a client in the logistical and supply chain industry aiming to provide their customers with a superior enterprise software product and service.

The successful Application Support Analyst will be required to provide high quality 3rd line support and resolve client and customer concerns over the phone and Internet with a focus on product functionality. You will be involved with additional follow ups, testing, troubleshooting and application support. Working alongside the development team you will provide client feedback, report issues and participate in special projects when required.

Ideally the Application Support Analyst will have 2 years plus experience supporting ERP applications, knowledge of the SDLC, IT support and customer service experience. Strong UNIX skills and a solid understanding of SQL and databases would also be an excellent asset.
