Application Support, 2nd & 3rd line - Linux/Mac/Cloud - Contract

APPLICATION SUPPORT, 2ND & 3RD LINE - LINUX/MAC/CLOUD - CONTRACT

We are looking for a seasoned Application Support Engineer to join this global marketing and media agency in London, supporting bespoke applications used internally and externally.

The successful Application Support Engineer will have excellent customer facing skills as well as excellent technical skills.

You will be supporting Cloud based, bespoke enterprise/digital asset management applications, logging incident reports direct from external clients as well as from internal employees.

- Most of these applications are written in Python. Although you don't need any Python experience for this role, any Python knowledge would be an advantage
