eCRM Euro are looking for a Application Support for our client based in Almere.

WE are looking for a Application Support who can do gathering of requirements; Process Design; Functional Design of Interfaces and any necessary customisations; Applications Configuration; Application Testing.

Incident Management support (techno-functional) for key Back Office application ATLAS, a bespoke application covering the entire car leasing process.

Essential skill
Uniface development language (and C++ to lesser extent)
Tasks - incident management, solve tickets assigned to 2nd line support
Proactive monitor application - small enhancement on application based on input from developers/technical experts/analysts
Document knowledge base and operational handling - collaborate with 1st + 3th line/business users Problem management
