Substantial experience in providing both Front End customer support and Back End technical support for third party products.
Experience with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of third party software with special attention to web based applications.
Database skills that include reading and writing SQL and researching and debugging data related issues.
Working knowledge of web related technologies such as JavaScript, XML, CSS, and web based programming.
