We are looking for an Application Support in Austria.

Location: Jenbach - Austria
Duration of Contract: 6 months to 1 year

Mandatory skills: Java, J2EE, Struts framework.
Additional Skills: Excellent German Speaking and writing, some of the applications are written in German language, Quick learner Good analytical skills.
Exp: 4-6 years in support roles.
Type of engagement: support of production applications.

Job role:
Support of production applications,
Manage and interact with customers,
Handle user issues,
Provide SLA driven L1, L2 and L3 support should be able to handle minor enhancements as well Deploy/configure the changes in production.
