Hello Candidate,
We have an immediate opening for Application Support Level 2/3 ( Infrastructure) role in Bucharest, Romania.
Please find the job description given below.
Role: Application Support Level 2/3 ( Infrastructure)
Duration: 6 months rolling
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Specialist of Windows/Unix
Awareness of ITIL process (understanding the logic behind)
Unix Shell Scripting
Understand SQL and can do basic SQL Experience with Databases
MS Office
Experience with Other application Software
Experience with different OS
Summary of Duties:
Provide Level 2/Level 3 Support for the application
Perform application maintenance as required
Handle incidents and requests within defined SLA's
Perform health checks on the Servers
Investigate application and infrastructure related problems
Adhere to the Incident, IMAC, Change and Problem Management processes
Incident management
Determine Root Cause Analysis
Checking job status
Getting logs
On-call rotation
