Task Description:
Incident management and coordination: analysis and triage, solving or passing to other work teams (database management team, HW management team, application development team,…) and enforcing timely resolution, according defined SLA.
Housekeeping and monitoring.
Preventive maintenance: daily review of logs, application status, etc…
User support: user account administration, resolution of requests by talking with other work teams (functional questions, doubts…)
