Application Support

The job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

- Provide application support for a variety of commercial/purchased applications that support electric generation, natural gas purchasing, environmental monitoring and compliance
- Application support could include: troubleshooting, application/server patching, application upgrades
- Interact closely with team members, other IT support areas and clients internally
- Follow defined processes to ensure accurate information

Desired skills:
- Database experience (Oracle, SQL), to include use of PL/SQL or similar tool
- Client Server application support
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues with a vendor
- Application packaging and testing
- Clear written and oral communication
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Use of Remedy ticketing system

This position may require un-escorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all Company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation.
