Great Application Support role for resource with development tool knowledge and ability, such as C# and Visual Studio debugging. In role you will be troubleshooting applications working application support Track *IT tickets, and some small application development with C#, MS Access, and possibly Visual Basic.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Telephone Support of software products.
- Installation of software product.
- Testing of software products.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience diagnosing Software issues preferred.

Primary systems supported, but not limited to:

- ImageRight Document Imaging.
- Crystal Reports/Business Objects.
- SunSystems Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
- HP Exstream Enterprise Correspondence.
- Multiple internally developed systems.

This is a contract to permanent position with a full suite of benefits. This position comes with free parking, the dress code is business casual and cubicles will be the work space.
