Application Support (.net)

Application Support position 12months + contract open. Strong knowledge of .net and SQL essential.

Responsibilities:
To provide customer support on a variety of technologies
Incident classification, tracking, resolution and escalation if appropriate
Deliver solutions to agreed Service Level Agreements
Work with third parties in the resolution of service requests
Complete ad-hoc IT related projects

Requirements:
Relevant third level qualification and 1-2+ years' experience
Good knowledge of application software, development software and associated technologies: Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Visual Studio .NET and similar products
Proven experience in TSQL, VB.NET/C# and JavaScript
Knowledge of windows and web services

Ability to speak fluent English including strong written communication and documentation skills.

BSc in Computer Science
