For our banking client in Zurich we are currently looking for a Application specialist - KYC, Account Opening application.
Start date: ASAP
End date: 31.03.2020
Location: Zurich
Main tasks:
- Daily application management tasks (eg re-occurring maintenance tasks, incident analysis/resolution).
- Provides input for application life cycle planning, definition and management of SLAs/OLAs, planning/implementation of application changes.
- Overall incidents, requests and defects manager for Appway-based applications.
- Strengthens the support processes, maintenance principles and matures the application operation
Ideal candidate shall bring:
- IT know-how for the KYC/Account Opening application
- Application management in (life cycle, maintenance, operation) experience and enforcing mature and stable application operation in an environment, where AGILE projects still extend the application. - Business Process Management concepts knowledge
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Data Management systems and processes in the banking industry
- Expert experience in front technologies (eg HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, XML)
- Experience with Appway 6.3 and above, proficient with Appway Studio or with strong interest to learn it is desirable
- Software development/customization processes understanding
- University Degree in computer science is a plus
- Good communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills,
- team player, able to motivate
- Ability to work under pressure, work on your own initiative and organised
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in his/her area of responsibility: able to challenge ideas and solutions, strategic thinking, entrepreneurship
- Fluent GERMAN, English is a plus
