Application Specialist KYC with profound Application Management knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- University degree in computer science with practical experience in application management and Appway
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Management concepts along with Incident Management and KPIs tracking
- Several years of working experience in front technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, XML
- Familiarity with Client Data Management systems, Client Relationship Management, software development and customization processes within the banking sector
- Languages: fluent German both written and spoken, English is advantageous

YOUR TASKS:

- Contributing IT Service Continuity Management, Lifecycle management and IT Service Roadmap and guiding in Disaster Recovery tests
- Monitoring improvement of system performance and availability coupled with coordinating deployments into Test and Production environments
- Providing support to 1st and 2nd Level Support, handling 3rd level support incidents and requests, implementing detailed documentation for the operation as well as reviewing Strategy, Planning and Management
- Maintaining an IT Service or infrastructure component, Solution in Appway Studio, IT Documentation as well as organizing training for the support staff and technical management staff
- Supporting IT Service Owner in life cycle planning of applications as well as in defining and managing OLAs for IT Services based on different service level agreements
