Application Specialist - CRM Application (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Perform daily application management tasks (e.g. re-ocurring maintenance tasks, incident analysis/resolution)
-Proved input for application lifecycle planning, definition and management of SLAs/ OLAs, planning/implementation of application changes
-Strengthen the support processes and maintenance principles and mature the application operation
-Monitoring of availability of services
-Monitoring and improvement of system performance and availability (SLA, OLA)
-Communication with 3rd party Vendor when necessary (e.g. in case of 3rd level support incidents)
-Provide ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) and assist in disaster recovery tests
-Maintain IT documentation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-University Degree in computer science (Uni/ETH/FH) is preferred
-Proven experience in Application Management (lifecycle, maintenance, operation)
-Strong experience in the management of incidents and in tracking of KPIs and benchmarks
-Understanding of CRM in general and Client Data Management systems and processes in the banking industry
-Hands-on experience in Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL
-Experience within Release Mangagement and Java Development is an asset
-Fluency in English, German is a plus
