Roc Search is currently recruiting an Application Specialist for a contract opportunity based in Dublin Ireland.
Essential Skills:
*Displays strong team values and customer focused.
*Hardworking, diligent and process driven.
*Knowledge of virtualised application technologies (Microsoft App-V/Citrix Profiling/Citrix Hosting/User Customization and Personalisation).
*Knowledge of Citrix XenApp/VDI
*Experience with Level 2 desktop support role.
*Experience with BAU and Projects at enterprise level.
*Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience with customer engagement for application investigation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
