Application Specialist

For our client located in The Hague, we are currently looking for a Application Specialist.

This is a role within the GF IT SOM organization as an Application Specialist (for Supportability & Transition) working alongside the project for ensuring supportability of the Identity Access Management system, and in transitioning the solution into the support organization, ensuring knowledge is retained within the support organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- To ensure the solution is supportable - ensuring design meets supportable requirements.
- Understands how business requirements is translated into design.
- Particpates in testing to ensure that the solution is built according to design and requirements, esp. from a supportable standpoint
- Reviews and ensure the solution meets Non-Functional Requirements
- Challenges the project objectively when supportability requirements are not met
- Supports the Operate Delivery Manager in reviewing stage-gates sign-offs as well as for Agreement to Deploy and Agreement to Operate sign-offs
- Involved in every new roll-outs to ensure supportability requirements are met

Technical Skills and Experience:

MANDATORY:
Knowledge and experience in implementing Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions is required. Experience and knowledge in identity management and user access provisioning processes is mandatory. Understands the concept of Segregation of Duties. Has the relevant experience in transitioning huge project implementation into support organizations, and in ensuring supportaibility. Has the relevant experience in supporting similar applications pertaining to user access management and user access provisioning.

OPTIONAL:
Understanding of compliance and controls.

Soft Skills and Experience:

MANDATORY:
Experience in project implementation and support.
Experience working virtually.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
