Place in the organization/work area:

The Application Analyst will be deployed in the project Basic ICT workplace, for example - Team Application Migration which is part of the program BasisICT yet to start within the CIV. In the framework of this project, the current basic workplace migrated from Windows XP to Windows 7 and the teleworking environment of Windows 2003 server to Windows 2008 server.

The aim of the project is to migrate the existing application landscape (around 900 applications) and need to replace functionality that is suitable for the new platforms.
The project Basic ICT workplace, for example - Team Application Migration is mainly concerned with: figuring out the Windows 7/2008 KA suitability of all applications, collect all relevant information (sources, licenses, test case, workbook, etc.. ), For the preparing the work package, coordinating the script by the line department and testing the software on the new platform .

Tasks/activities:

Assess the applications offered for migration;
Collecting information and offering the application to the "migration factory ";
Collaboration with stakeholders from the business and management advice to prepare to take over the applications offered decisions;
Tracking planning, reporting and administration;
Support and report to the Project.

Work experience (years):

5 years of ICT experience;
3 years experience as Analyst;

Competencies:

Knowledge of Windows 7/2008R2, VMWare, App - V, MSI, Powerfuse, SCCM, Citrix and AD;
Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel and SQL;
Knowledge of shared hosting and data center concepts;
Demonstrated experience with migrations of complex front- and Back End systems;
Ability to make clear mapping, structuring and prioritizing often complicated and ambiguous situations;
Result and solution-oriented, practical and no-nonsense.
