APPLICATION SERVICES AGLIE SCRUM MASTER

One of my clients are currently looking for a Application Services Aglie Scrum Master consultant to work within a multi national company on a long term contract.

CANDIDATE WILL ESSENTIALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED
-Experience in Pharma or Medical device background projects
-Build a strong and efficient team with a focus on delivering value to our customers, product owners
-Optimise the efficiency of product development processes and projects.
-Work with DevOps to move toward a continuous deployment pipeline
-Deep understanding of Agile working practices
-Experience of software development practices and a good knowledge of SAP,SAP TMS software development and Web Methods
-Great communication and collaboration skill and can communicate effectively with all skill levels

AGILE SKILLS NEEDED
- Lead the Agile Scrum process through daily standups, sprint planning, resource planning, and retrospectives
- Ensure the execution of sprints with rigor
- Establish and manage a product backlog with respect to strategic priorities and visibility on execution to the company's roadmap
- Identify roadblocks and breaks in the development process, then work with the team to resolve and provide solutions
- Excel at working in small, dynamic teams in a diverse, scaling environment
- Coordinating/facilitating scrum ceremonies and Coaching the team to become self-organising
- Understanding release processes, end to end process for delivery and manage conflict and facilitate constructive conversation
- Scaled agile experience
