Role Responsibilities
Applies analysis skills and experience in principals of Identity and Access Management to define appropriate customer solutions.
Applies current and deep experience with designing, assessing, and optimizing Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager/Microsoft Identity Manager within complex Microsoft and heterogeneous infrastructures.
Assist in translating business requirements into engagement outcomes for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of Work (SoW).
Deliver articulate and effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes.
Provide concise overviews of Security products and services, in both verbal and written forms, and draw high-level architecture diagrams and provide supporting documentation where necessary
Take a client oriented approach in providing technical consultancy to clients and Marketing teams.
Publish advisories, white papers

Requirements
Must have proven experience working on projects through the entire project life cycle, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Must be an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, able to work independently, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management.
12+ years of experience in developing, implementing/architecting identity management systems.
10+ years of experience developing software for the Microsoft platform using programming languages and development platforms including C/C, C#, VB, VB.NET, and SQL
6+ years as technical architect/design experience and end to end implementation of identity & access management solutions for customers.
Should expertise in the following areas:
Forefront Identity Manager (FIM)/Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
Active Directory, ADFS, ADCS, ADRMS
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Direct Access
IPsec
Network Access Protection (NAP)
Risk Assessment
OAuth, OpenID, SAML, SCIM
Should have been in client facing roles. Specifically for North American and European clients
Should have experience in responding to RFP's,defining solution architectures and estimation and developing pricing models,
Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills and presentation skills.
Should have experience in developing Identity and Access Management strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.
Experience from organizations with well-established security practice is preferred.
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Be a self-initiator, interact, coordinate and collaborate with teams.
Open to Travel
Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, MCSE is an added advantage
