Application Security Architect (m/w)

We are looking for a for an Application Security Architect (m/w).

The following tasks should be done:
+ Steer and manage the application security program, including the instatement of processes, standards, tooling, metrics and KPIs
+ Integrate security within the company’s products
+ Act as subject matter expert on secure application architecture and development
+ Promote the training of key functions in the development life cycle on key application security topics and best practices
+ Manage relationships with application security vendors

+ 7+ years of relevant work experience, including hands-on technical management and coding skills, and proven ability to contribute at both tactical and operational levels
+ Proven ability to manage large application security projects across big or ganizations
In-depth understanding of application level secure architecture
+ Extensive knowledge in best practices of application security controls and technologies
+ Strong background in managing an application security life cycle program in a large enterprise
+ Hands on software development experience with languages
+ Strong understanding of complex enterprise applications
+ Background in the research, adoption and implementation and operation of application security solutions (e.g. WAFs, code analysis tools, etc.)
+ Must be able to translate highly technical concepts into meaningful language to many audiences, including software engineers, business and technical leaders
+ Industry-recognized security certification such as CISSP, CISM or CISA (an advantage)
+ Excellent proficiency in English
