APPLICATION SAP TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT EXPERT
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong of IT functional and business process experience within the supply chain domain with a focus on transportation/logistics areas
- Strong experience/expertise in SAP TM 9.0, SAP EM combined with good integration expertise in SAP R3 components using SAP PI.
- Proven ability and experience to assess business requirements, design solutions, produce functional analysis/technical document, implement and document solutions, test and training within big projects and big multinational companies.
- High Expertise in SAP Transportation Management 9.0 including:
- Event Management - iTSW (Internet supply trading Workbench) - High background expertise in SAP R3 SD/LES, including track and trace/batch management. Other modules are additional assets.
- Senor Experience in participating to big multinational project as delivery stream lead
- SAP TM Certified/ITIL Certified
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Participate as Transport Management/logistics functional expert to the different phases of the supply chain project. Note that the position can evolve alongside the project life cycle, personal results and competence of the consultant.
Expected activity during the BLUE PRINT PHASE:
- understand the new supply chain process and organization setup
- understand and assess the high level IT architecture/process design
- participate to to-be solution design workshop
- develop prototypes and provide solution design training to business
- drive and control the external parties in delivering the gap analysis/blue print documentation
- contribute to the writing of functional blue print/Gap analysis document
- QA blue print/gap analysis document
- Assess the initial transport management system system installation
Expected activity during the BUILD/TEST PHASE:
- Contribute to Functional/technical specs definition and its review
- Contribute to and control the functional configuration and data preparation
- Perform/prepare/control Unit test and integration test
- Integration Test/UAT scenario creation/assessment
- UAT preparation and support
- Solution Training
- Knowledge transfer and coaching to internal nominated resource
