Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a skilled Release and Test Manager
As a Release and Test Manager at the end client you have the following tasks and responsibilities:
Release planning and follow up with Application Development (AD), Application Maintenance (AM) and hosting partners
Inform stakeholders about and effect of releases
Inform project managers about customer release process
Plan test environment usage with AD partner projects, AM and Business stakeholders
Test case and defect management
Planning of load testing and security testing
Maintain and continuously improve the release process and methods

You are an open and ambitious person who has easy to cooperate with others
You are analytical, systematic, well structured and proactive
You are good at managing a group of people with high capacity to deliver
You recognize the importance of documentation and are able to write easy-to-understand and complete documentation
You have the ability to work independently with major responsibility
You have the ability to explain complex issues and can easily express yourself
You want to continuously improve processes and methods
You are happy to share your knowledge and act without prestige with customers, partners and col-leagues
2.Qualifications
University degree in Computer and System Science
Several years of experience in Release and Test Management
Several years of experience working with test and production environments
Several years of experience working with various partners operating offshore
Several years of experience in strategic planning
Experience of load testing and security tests
Experience in making and held presentations for stakeholders
Ability to work in both Swedish and Danish culture
Express yourself in English
It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of RUP
It is an advantage if you have experience from SharePoint 2010, IAM and SAP
It is an advantage if you are ISTQB certified or have other certification within the test area
