On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a SEVERAL APPLICATION PROJECT MANAGERS WITH BANKING INDUSTRY. For these contract positions based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for a German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

ROLE:
- Managing all aspects of a program/project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
SKILLS:
- Over 5 years of Project Management experience
- Solid knowledge and proven experience in Software Development Lifecycle
- Proven experience in the banking and financial industry (preferably Financial Crime Compliance/AML Compliance-IT)
- Experience in managing multiple projects, global business stakeholders and technology teams
- Ideally in transformation and change management experience
- Ability to work closely with business and lead requirements elicitation, gap analysis, issue prioritization and resolution
- Very strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and detail oriented
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written), German is considered a very nice to have
