Description:
e-Meds/iStep is a first of its kind cross-industry SaaS Mobile platform project. The project is a joint venture between company Clinical R&D Innovations and a technology partner.
The project has the objectives:
• Automated, paperless and self-controlling medication (web-based & mobile devices)
• Personalized and easy-to-understand drug and study information (e.g. digital drug label, reminders, how-to videos, no paper diaries) , accessible any time via patient's mobile
• Real-time access in treatment real-time data collection & automated actions
• Enabler for adaptive trial design & complex exploratory studies
• Future platform extension for any patient device or any site device
The important differentiation factor is to make company clinical trials more competitive and cross-sector advantages.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate UI /design thinking workshops & ideation workshops team collaboration sessions.
• Ensure all UI/UX requirements are documented accordingly in Persona's, User Journeys & User Stories Mapping
• Work collaboratively within an agile product/business team to deliver the best product experiences through iterative releases
• Act as the Strategic UI/UX design resource on the project eMeds
• Act as UI/UX Quality Assurance on delivered/developed products
• Create accurate weekly project/activity status reports and maintain all design and requirement documentation.
• Formulate strong relationships, based on skills, knowledge, and trust, with internal departments and external vendors.
Technical skills:
• Experience designing UI & UX for Mobile Applications on Windows, Mac, iOS and/or Android operating systems
• A minimum of 5 years UI/UX design processes with minimal 2 years Mobile Application
• Experience in planning and organizing Mobile UI & UX requirements and leading Design Thinking workshops
• Experience creating and testing UI & UX test cases
• Experience in translation of Business requirements (persona's, user journeys, user stories mapping) into an optimal UX/UI design
• Experience with UML process documentation
• A minimum of 2 years work experience Agile/ Test Driven Development
• Experience working in a multi-vendor sourcing and international organization. Preferred Pharmaceutical companies

• A finely-honed attention to detail while keeping in mind the larger picture of business needs
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communications and follow-up skills - English mandatory - Dutch plus
