Application Project Manager - Immediate Start - June 2013 Contract

A fantastic opportunity has become available for experienced Application Project Managers within a Government Department for a long-term contract role.

SKILLS:

- Proven experience in successfully managing small to medium scale application development projects;
- Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a sense of purpose and direction;
- Demonstrated high level relationship management skills, including the ability to effectively engage and manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to communicate with influence and apply sound judgement;
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources within agreed tolerances
- A working knowledge of, and recent experience using, an Agile development methodology preferably with experience in iteration management; and
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology or PRINCE practitioner certification.
