Application Project Manager

Projektbeschreibung
Responsibilities Application project manager:
• Leads digital software development utilizing specialized knowledge and skills, while following approved standard policies and procedures (e.g. SDLC, Agile, IAPP, etc.). This role requires a broad knowledge of Drupal , SharePoint, PHP, Sympfony, JAVA solutions, leadership and creativity to work within a large IT service delivery organization to drive business solutions.
• Captures customer insights to improve digital software throughout delivery, and delivers continuous improvement recommendations to service owners. May conduct impact analysis on process/tools coming from new/enhanced services. .
• Performs assessments of customer demand and partners with order analysts to deliver estimates and quotes for digital software development
• Will plan, schedule approved vendors to deliver the service. Will oversee the work of vendor resources throughout a project.
• Will manage the AS budget for the delivery of the service and be responsible for reporting on service performance to leadership and customers.
• May run service improvement initiatives.
• May play scrum master role on specific projects, guiding team on Agile/Scrum frameworks. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
