The Institute of Educational Technology at the Open University has a well-deserved reputation for delivering innovative and engaging learning services. We are looking for an inspiring, creative and talented developer to join our team responsible for the delivery of the innovative and award winning iSpot project.

You will collaborate closely with other developers and academics to create an intelligent quiz service within the iSpot platform and over the twelve month period you will also be working on a number of other innovative learning technology projects for the Institute.

You will be able to work through the whole software development life cycle from project initiation through to product delivery. You must be flexible, adaptable and skilled in working as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and understand user interface design requirements for a range of new and emerging platforms and services.
