Application Programmer - Military Background

I am looking to hire an application programmer for one of my public sector client.

Please see the below job specification:

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: SC CLEARED

ADDITIONAL INFO:

The incumbent should have recent experience or knowledge of ISS
The post holder should have a strong technical background that ideally has been recognised by a professional technical body
Success within the post is Dependent on being reliable, having a pragmatic, flexible and robust approach when required whilst establishing and maintaining close liaison with stakeholder groups, executive boards and FLC's accordingly.
Desirable - Risk management experience.
Making Effective Decisions
Leading and Communicating
Managing a Quality Service

Essential Experience:

1. Previous Defence Acquisition Experience

2. Recent Military Operational Experience in the delivery and operation of C4 Systems

3. Delivering at Pace

4. Project management qualification

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

Overview of defence projects/good understanding, isf overview assurance, hit the ground running
