Our client is a major international bank based in Geneva.
As part of a portfolio of on-going IT projects within their Wealth Management division, they are looking for an Application Owner, IT Project Manager.
With a solid background across a broad technology base including Operating Systems (Unix, Windows, Linux), Databases (Oracle, MS-SQL), Middleware (Tomcat, Apache, Weblogic) as well as Front Office technologies, you will have strong capabilities in solution definition, conceptual design and system architecture.
You will be required to provide risk assessment and management of a number of different applications, manage security issues such as data encryption, access controls and account management as well as define and manage processes for Business Continuity Management.
A strong communicator, you will have the ability to manage a large number of different projects, priorities and work loads within virtual teams.
Fluent English is essential for this role and you will be expected to have a degree in a technology area.
Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to accept applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
