Application Portfolio Manager in the Field of SAP Solutions and Servic

Under the authority of the Head of Service and the relevant Portfolio Manager of the Applications Development and Maintenance Service within the Business Information Technology Area, the successful candidate will perform the following tasks:

Ensure smooth evolution and adaptation of the SAP applications according to the business needs
Plan and execute SAP maintenance services for the applications (updating, upgrading, improvements, etc.)
Organize and put ideas into a tangible form with a focus on user and business objectives
Apply IT quality plans and develop methodologies as defined by the organization
Collaborate with business owners to refine future software requirements
Perform project and Change management guided by the organizational Strategic plan
Develop and supervise IT teams
Coordinate communication between business users and support teams
Manage communication and supervise the work delivered by external providers
Collaborate with peers in order to harmonize management practices
Collaborate with other Services and handle the relations with vendors and third parties
Monitor, report and continuously improve performance of services and teams
Perform feasibility studies and process analyses
Keep the knowledge of SAP systems updated
Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of information systems and applications
Management of projects required in the SAP platform to complete the OHIM Strategic plan: manage priorities, risks and impacts and elaborate schedules.

Duties applicable to all staff:

Actively work towards the achievement of the goals of the OHIM in accordance with the Strategic Plan
Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Line Manager
